Driver’s Permit/License Information:
House Bill 1715 was signed into law April 26, 2021, by Governor Kevin Stitt, effective immediately. With the passage of this law, Driven to Read is hereby repealed, and students are no longer required to show 8th grade reading proficiency when applying for a driver’s permit or license.
Be sure to review the requirements from the Department of Public Safety.
You are not required to provide proof of an acceptable reading proficiency score however you might have to provide a letter from Tuttle High School to verify enrollment and/or a transcript as proof of current Oklahoma address.

Parking Pass Info
If you will be driving to Tuttle High School Campus, you must purchase a parking pass. You must have the following information to purchase:
Tag, Make and Model of Vehicle, Vehicle Color
Insurance card and Driver’s license for verification
$10.00 to cover the parking sticker
Transcript Request
Tuttle High School has partnered with Parchment to send your transcript. Click the blue button below to complete your request. You will be directed to Tuttle High School’s Parchment page. Note that current students are free. If you are an alumni, the cost will be $5.00. You are considered an alumni, August 1st after your graduation date.
